If you’re looking for a candle that commemorates the War of 1812, then look no further! (Or whatever, you can keep looking if you want to. We feel pretty confident you’ll end up back here.)

The War of 1812-Scented Candle features a tiny wax White House on its surface, so you can reenact the British army’s burning of the White House. (The British also burned the Capitol, Library of Congress, Supreme Court, and Treasury buildings, but if you want to reenact the burning of those buildings, you’re on your own.)

NOTE TO PEDANTS: The wax White House that appears on the surface of this candle is modeled to look like the pre-1814 White House rather than the White House as it exists today. This is our gift to you, pedants!

ANOTHER NOTE: Even though the British Army DID burn Washington, it was only after Americans had burned and looted the capital of Canada, as well as a bunch of other Canadian cities. But no one ever makes a candle about that!
