How about the massage setting?

Water flow is pretty strong and feels almost like a massage pulse. A refreshing and relaxing shower that i’ve never experienced before.What a great feeling to have a luxury spa at home!

The swivel ball joint is tight, causing difficulty in adjusting the angle.

The swivel ball joint needs to be installed on the shower arm first, then the angle can be easily adjusted with a lever. Manual adjustment of the head from the box does not reflect its ability to rotate once installed.

Is there a leak at the connection point?

Check that the filter rubber gasket inside the connector is properly seated and flattened, avoid over-tightening the connector as the gasket may be pinched. Use some Teflon tape (3-5 turns) as a secondary measure to prevent leaks.

Is only the water on massage mode filtered or does it filter through the handheld head too?

The water enters the filter chamber through the water inlet. Then, the filtered water is adjusted and switched through the three-way diverter on the right. So rest assured, the water in both the massage shower and hand shower is thoroughly filtered.

How to replace the filter element? Filter life?

To replace the filter, unscrew the spray head. Generally, the filter will last 3-6 months, depending on your shower frequency and local water quality. The package contains a spare filter, a total of two filters, which can be used for 6-12 months.
