True to hand size. And helps with washing body parts. Smooth not scratching.These exfoliating gloves are a great value and the colors are really pretty and bright. Would be great for gifts etc.I can use them lightly on my arms, chest, stomach and very gently on armpits. Using the gloves with hot/warm water with a good amount of soap that lathers will make them feel coarse.They are gritty enough to help exfoliate and clean skin, but still soft enough to not be uncomfortable. They hold up well. Love the variety of colors for a little fun.
